1. What these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Moonbeam Arcade website at https://frankangiolillo.com (the “Site”) and the games it shows (the “Games”). Creating an account or using the Site means you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can use the Site

• You must be 18 or older, or of legal age where you live if that is higher.
• Pick your country honestly when you sign up. Rules about free games differ around the world, and it's up to you to make sure using the Site is lawful where you are. Don't use it if it isn't.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. What the Site is

Moonbeam Arcade offers free-to-play games purely for entertainment. It is not a gambling service. Nobody can deposit, stake, win or withdraw money here, and there are no cash prizes or prizes of real-world value. Doing well in the Games doesn't mean you'd do well at real-money gambling.

4. Moon Coins

• Moon Coins are a make-believe currency used only for play on the Site. Every new account starts with 100,000 Moon Coins at no charge.
• Moon Coins have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, traded, given to another account, exchanged for money, goods or services, or redeemed for anything.
• We may fix, change or remove balances to correct an error, deal with misuse or when an account is closed.
• You don't own Moon Coins, and they vanish when your account is deleted.

5. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
• Choose a screen name that isn't offensive, doesn't pretend to be someone else and doesn't include personal contact details. Your screen name is the only name that can be shown to other players.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Five wrong password attempts block log-in for 15 minutes.
• You can delete your account whenever you like from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

6. Using the Site properly

Please don't: run bots, scripts or tools to automate play or sign-ups; try to break, probe or overload the Site or the Games; take advantage of bugs; get into someone else's account; copy, scrape or resell the Site or the Games; or use the Site for anything unlawful or abusive.

7. The Games

The Games appear in frames on our pages, and each one shows its own rules and controls inside its window. Games and features may change, pause or disappear at any time. We don't promise that any Game will always be available or error-free.

8. Marketing emails

If you tick the box when you sign up, we may email you about bonuses, new games and milestones. You can switch this off at any time by contacting us. Account and security emails, such as password resets, don't depend on that choice.

9. Our liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for loss caused by outages, errors or events beyond our control, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited, or any consumer rights you have under the law.

10. Who owns what

The Site, its design, text, artwork and the Games belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial play only.

11. Privacy and cookies

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and carrying on with the Site after a change means you accept it.
